Victor ("Izzy") and Ryan are great to work with. We had a leak, Victor was quick to come and help with it. I had a new roof really quickly and it looks great! They worked with me on the inside stuff, too. Some things were challenging, but Victor and Ryan kept with it and were AMAZING. Sadly, most contractors cut and run if things get tricky. These two are stand up, amazing people and stuck with the project to see it through. I appreciate their work ethnic and responses. They stand behind their work and what they sign up to do. I would recommend them in a heart beat to family and friends.

We had so many questions about our roof replacement and Jared Burrage was so helpful. He walked us through every step of the process and worked directly with our Insurance company. Zenith was so quick to get us on the schedule and were fast, efficient, and respectful throughout the replacement. Our roof looks great and I highly recommend Zenith!

I found out about Zenith Roofing because they were working on our neighbor's house. I got in touch with Jared and he was able to schedule a visit to check our roof right away. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get us scheduled in just a couple of days right before Thanksgiving! They cleaned up after themselves very well and finished the work on the same day. They were very professional to work with and they did not hesitate to provide photos of the job. Overall, I'm very satisfied of their services in replacing our roof.

From start to finish, Jared Burrage was ABSOLUTELY amazing. I was not expecting to have to replace my roof. Jard made the process so easy! He just walked me through the process, from inspection to insurance to retrieving the depreciation. The product looks AMAZING! The guys were in and out in a day and cleaned up everything. I could not be more pleased with Zenith. Jared was also very knowledgeable with all of my questions and steered me towards the best roof!

Zenith Roofing through its Sr. Roofing Consultant, Jared Burrage, provided excellent service in every way. Jared Burrage was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He offered exceptional customer service and excellent assistance with my insurance adjuster as my representative. He was thorough in his product presentation and let me know what to expect every step of the way. He promptly and courteously returned every message and phone call. He and his crew were respectful of my home and premises. Not only did they do an exceptional roofing job, but moved my patio furniture out of the way beforehand and returned it to its original position when finished. They completely cleaned the premises of any and all debris after the job was done and called me outside to inspect their work prior to leaving. They also afforded me opportunities during the day to safely allow my dogs outside. I would absolutely recommend this company with no reservations whatsoever. I couldn't be more satisfied with this experience.

Timmy and Richard came out and from Zenith Roofing and inspected our roof for free. We have a 12 year old home in City of Buford and had all kinds of storm damage. They worked with our insurance and made sure the damage was all chalked up for them to see and review. They were able to get our roof fully approved by our insurance, and handled all the workload. A few weeks later they sent out a crew to strip the old roof off, and put the new one on in a single day. Our roof is now up to code, and we have a better shingle that lowered our insurance premiums. The crew was managed by Derrick and he was phenomenal managing his team. They covered all the bushes around the house and replaced the plywood and shingles with wood rot we had from the original builder. They were amazing at picking up all the old materials, and leaving our yard as they found it before they started the job. Timmy and Richard were excellent at educating us on all the misconceptions we had about insurance and having a new roof put on. We are extremely happy we went with Zenith Roofing and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof. They exceeded our expectations fully.

Zenith was truly incredible to work with. I have to say this was the easiest and most wonderful experience we've had with home maintenance. We needed a new roof and Tim and Richard were on it 100%. They made the whole process easy and seamless. Their attention to clients is impeccable and awesome. Once the roof was completed, then they had the gutter company come in right behind them and that made our job as the homeowner even better. I have been dealing with a recurring leak in my older roof for months after insurance denial of claim due to age of roof. I had sought the help of several companies as I tried to save the money to replace the roof and essentially stop damage in the meantime. They had put up tarps but had not located or addressed the leak. I live alone and am disabled. When I called Victor for help around midnight, he unhesitatingly came to assist, despite a distance of over an hour away. He knew my circumstances and really helped me out. I will be having my roof replaced soon, and Zenith will absolutely get the job. I appreciate Victor's professionalism, thoroughness, strong communication with me, and the company's compassion.

We had a leak at our rental cabin and reached out in a panic. We had guests arriving the next day and had to find somebody quickly. They responded immediately and was there fixing our leak within a couple of hours! Talk about amazing customer service!! Leak is fixed and we are so grateful for them turning a stressful situation into an easy process! I would reccomend hands down!

I contacted Victor to fix a problem I had with missing shingles on one of my ridge vents. He showed up on time (texted me in transit) and fixed the issue. While he was at it he checked the boots on my roof vents and alerted me to a potential issue with dry rot and suggested a cost effective solution. We scheduled a follow up visit and again he showed on time and fixed the problem.. I am very pleased with he and his team's work and will not hesitate to use him in the future.

5 stars highly recommend Zenith Roofing company and sales manager Jared Burrage. He explained the entire procedure and answered all our questions. He and Austin worked well with us from beginning to end. Jared worked with our insurance company to replace our entire roof with a beautiful new warrantied roof in One Day wow. The clean up was awesome as well. New seamless gutters were put up after the roof. Professional and trustworthy no hidden cost with excellent communication. They are the real deal!
